Welcome to the Otters class!

This term our topic is 'Horrble Histories' where we are learning about the Great Fire of London and Tudor times. We will be creating artwork linked to this too and focusing on Materials in Science.

In Autumn Term 1 our first topic was ‘Step Back in Time’ which was all about The Victorians and History focused. We had opportunities to explore artefacts and find out more about life in the Victorian times as well as go on an amazing visit to the Ramsay rural museum where we dressed, played and even ate like Victorians for the day. Our first WOW DAY was amazing, and we even baked bread! We were lucky to have swimming lessons in the first term. I'm so proud that we all moved in the water from one side of the pool to the other. Some of us are swimming already! Our Autumn term 2 topic was 'OUR WORLD' where we focused on continents and different places in the world in geography and we designed and built bridges.

 

Otters have P.E on FRIDAYS-Please come to school in your P.E kit.
